We’re excited to be expanding into Islington and are looking for an Assistant Shop Manager to support the launch and day-to-day running of our new North London Hospice charity shop. This is a part-time role (4 days per week, across a 7-day period) ideal for someone with retail or charity shop experience who is passionate about sustainability and community engagement. You’ll support the Shop Manager in driving sales, encouraging donations, and leading a team of dedicated volunteers. From visual merchandising and customer service to Gift Aid promotion and local outreach, this is a varied and rewarding role that helps generate vital funds for hospice care across North London.
